International orders may be subject to import duties, fees and any additional charges—which all are your responsibility. All duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout and you can choose to pay those charges as part of your order with no additional cost on delivery. Ustabelle.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through our website and that meet the following conditions:
Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS from the day you receive your order. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Ustabelle.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please follow the steps below to return your item(s)
1. Please note: In the package you received there is a return label. Please fill out all your information and put it aside.
2. Find a envelope/bag that will fit all of the items you are returning. It is recommended to use a bag to avoid high shipping costs. you can ask the courier for a standard courier bag.
3. Place all the items you selected to return, including the return note, into the package and seal it. Make sure the package fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the package.
4. Take the return label you put aside in Step 1. and stick it on the outside of your package.
