Ustabelle.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through our website and that meet the following conditions:
Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS from the day you receive your order. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: FULL REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONLY FOR RETURNS SHIPPED BACK UPTO 3 DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. AFTER THE 3 DAYS THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

Please follow the steps below to return your item(s)
- Go to: https://web.global-e.com/
- Find your order by Order No. (e.g. GE12345678GB) and Email Address you used when placing the order.
- Choose Item/s to return and return reason
- Choose the return option:
Self-Postage Return –This is the most basic return option that will always appear in the Returns Portal. This option allows customers to generate self-postage label that can be used with any shipper of their choice, customer will pay the postal cost when dropped at post office. To generate a self-postage label you could use the link in step #1 above and if you do not have the option to print feel free to use the Shipping return postage label that arrives automatically with your order.
Prepaid Courier Return – a prepaid shipping label via DHL can be generated. The return will be routed directly to merchant’s returns facility. The cost of the return will be shown in the Returns Portal, however customers will not be charged at the point of creating an RMA. Once the order is refunded, the prepaid return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Usually service by DHL.
- Find a envelope/bag that will fit all of the items you are returning. It is recommended to use a bag to avoid high shipping costs. you can ask the courier for a standard courier bag.
- Place all the items you selected to return, including the return note, into the package and seal it. Make sure the package fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the package.
- Print the Return Label and affix it securely to the outside of the package. Hand the commercial invoice to the courier. If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached to this document.

Go to http://www.dhl.com and choose your country from the “Choose your location” pulldown menu. Do one of the following:
- On your country’s DHL page, find the DHL Service Point Location for parcel drop-off.
- Select “Contact DHL Express” and call the local phone number to schedule a parcel pickup.
- Schedule the pickup using DHL online form.
-MAKE SURE TO PLACE THE RETURN ITEM/S IN THE COURIER BAG AND NOT IN THE BOX YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER. (a courier bag can be found in the package we sent or you could request a bag from the DHL courier).
-THE INVOICE NEEDS TO BE PLACED WITH THE RETURNED ITEM/S (if you do not have the invoice please contact us at email@example.com for a copy of the invoice).
IF THE RETURN IS MADE DIFFERENTLY THAN THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE HIGHER AND THE CUSTOMER WILL ABSORB THE DIFFERENCE IN THE COST.
